Beckman Coulter Proteomelab PF 2D Protein Fractionation Chromatography System

This unit is in excellent condition and powers up without any error. The system includes: HPRP Module, HPCF Module, System Organizer, FC/I Module, FC 204 Fraction Collector, 2 UV Detectors, 391665 SCD  Column Heater, 32 Karat Software Version 7, and several other accessories, parts, and manuals. (See the pictures) Included is a required license key and key diskette, as well as a transfer diskette.

This particular Proteomelab system is currently set up to run as two separate systems rather than the two dimensional process. This system does not include the Rheodyne 7725i manual sample injection valve needed to run the 2 dimensional process. However, we are currently working to obtain the valve. Please contact us if you would like more information concerning that part.

Apart from the valve, this system includes the necessary cables and Karat V7 software needed to run the Proteomelab PF 2D two dimensional process. The software alone costs $6400 from Beckman Coulter!

Beckman Coulter Proteomelab PF 2D is an automated two dimensional system designed for high through put and high-resolution analysis of complex mixtures through information that can be related to 2D gel data. The system provides reliable separation and fractionation of protein component mixture with two dimensional liquid chromatography.
The first dimension consists of fractionation based on chromatofocusing. (separation based on the pH of the mobile phase)
The second dimension consists of further separation of the first dimention fractions by reverse-phase chromatogrophy.
The entire system is controlled and programmed through a computer workstation managed by 32 Karat Software V7 or greater. Protein maps are generated and displayed using the software suite. The results obtained from the second dimension are analyzed by Proteo Vue and Delta Vue. Proteo Vue allows the comparison of several or all two dimensional runs for one sample in a banded map display. Delta Vue can display map differences between corresponding pl lanes of two different sample runs. Liquid fractions can be collected and stored for future analysis by mass spectrometry.

Domestic & International Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. Territories, and International will need to use the integrated shipping calculator under our "Shipping Information" section. All International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance. Please allow one business day after payment is received for items to ship from CA. All International customers are responsible for their country's duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm PST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, without exception.

We currently do not offer Combined Shipping, but we are working to remedy this for future purchases. Due to our vast inventory and the variation in sizes, this has been a definite challenge for us. Feel free to request combined shipping and we'll do what we can to accommodate you, but please consider the size of your item before contacting us.

FREIGHT
For large and sensitive items travelling domestically, please contact us for a shipping quote, preferably before purchasing as it may affect your decision to purchase. You will be invoiced separately for all shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you should have any questions.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we'll begin the claim process.

Will-Call
Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. Since we're predominantly an on-line store, there will be a nominal handling fee for all will-calls. Please contact us for the exact amount.

Special Handling with Foam
For High Value items requiring special packaging, we use several layers of bubble wrap and shrink wrap to seal the product in a protective bubble so the product always arrives not damaged. Look at our feed back, we never have anything arrive damaged due to our wrapping!

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash is only accepted for will-calls. All Checks require 10 days to clear before your item may be picked up or shipped out. International credit card payments are currently unavailable.
